How to use cotton pad for horny parts?

One side line of cotton pad is diagonal and the texture is thick, the other is honeycomb. Rough side is specifically used in the T-word parts, because the T-shaped parts of the stratum corneum relatively thick. Delicate side is used in the V word parts.
